"I've only been a customer here 6 months but my rates went up 15 to 20% on my car insurance (no wrecks, no tickets). My wife's only went up less than 2%. I asked why the difference and got multiple answers, none of which made sense. They said it was because rates went up in all of Georgia (well then everyone would have the same % increase, which is not the case). Then they told me it was because my car was worth more than my wife's (my car is worth $1k less then my wife's). Then they blamed it on the state again. What's the next excuse State Farm? My car is worth less, has a higher safety rating and yet you raised my rates $230 a year. You raised my wife's less than $20 a year. Stop blaming that on the state and give me a real answer. I can't afford this kind of rate increase all the time. I will be shopping for a better rate and a company that can be honest with me."

"I know State farm is a huge company but this local agency is amazing! Thank you so much Mr. Spector for helping me with my car and rental quotes and finding any discounts that could get me the best rate such as the defensive driving course. Even though I have had my license for over 20 years, the 1 hour course was really informative and on top of that the agency provided a discount for it!!!( I think it's normally like $25 and I only paid $14) I also like the fact that if I need any help I can call them directly or go into the office. Again, thank you for everything and I will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family!"

"I am new to State Farm here in Georgia, and chose an agency near my home to work with for auto insurance. My experience with the Hunter Rogers Agency, and in particular, with Jada, has been fantastic so far. I first got a quote on the phone, but then I went into the office to go over coverage options with Jada in person. I'm old school, but I like knowing I can meet with someone in person. Jada was able to answer all my questions and show me all the products I wanted to look at. She helped me narrow down all the choices and explain some of the terms involved. While price is important, and that was a factor in my decision to go with State Farm, the way I was greeted and treated by everyone at the office, and when I call, really cemented the deal. I highly recommend the Hunter Rogers State Farm agency."
