"The staff is always so amazing and helpful. Literally have no complaints. Anytime I call, they handle whatever it is I need done immediately. I love being insured with Hunter Roger’s State Farm! :) Update: I’m a bit disappointed because I really do love being insured with this company. However, I purchased a new vehicle and swapped it with my old car on my auto insurance. I wasn’t informed of how much of an increase there would be. I only have about 2 payments left of my 6 month premium for my old vehicle. Because I changed vehicles, I’m now being told that I have to pay the remainder of 2 months PLUS whatever total they’d be charging me for my new vehicle (except they’re splitting the 6 months of payments into the last two months of my old car’s premium.) so instead of my usual 165, I’m being bill about $540 for this month and next month! Want informed of this when I called to change vehicles. I’m being told that there’s new policies in place and the staff is still learning them as well. HIGHLY disappointed, because this is an inconvenience."

"I initially reached out for new auto and homeowner insurance 6 months ago and immediately received correspondence from Warren Spector. Although I did not immediately pull the trigger in making changes to my coverage, Warren was diligent in his attentive approach to my initial inquiry and patiently waited for me to finally reach back out to make changes. I left Allstate (auto) and Progressive (condo) after several years and not only did the new quotes and policy coverage decrease in rates from these two companies, but coverage amounts increased. Still, the biggest 5 star I can offer is to Warren and his polite and professional demeanor throughout this process. I have been in residential property management for more than 20 years, and he is the reason I ultimately selected State Farm. Keep up the good work in building authentic relationships with your clients!"

"I have been with State Farm for 20+ years in two different states. I have always been treated professionally and respectfully no matter how often I call or the nature of my question. Until recently I have always met my insurance agents in person and established a cordial relationship with the owner of the local office. Although the majority of my interactions with my current office has been via the telephone I am satisfied with the service I have received from Hunter Rogers’ associates in Avondale Estates, GA. "Jada was super helpful in helping me through finalizing my new auto and home insurance. It’s always a pain to shop around for new insurance and get answers to questions other places sometimes make you feel like you already should know. "I was referred to Daniel by a neighbor after becoming increasingly unhappy with my previous home and auto insurance company. Daniel was fantastic to work with from start to finish.
