"Have my auto insurance from them. Every single month the amount they bill me is different. It’s never a fixed number. They do not reply to emails. There’s nothing special with these guys. Might as well just fill in the blank with any other insurance company and you’ll get the same service. No automated birthday emails or Christmas wishes from you guys will make up for this"

Update: I’m a bit disappointed because I really do love being insured with this company. However, I purchased a new vehicle and swapped it with my old car on my auto insurance. I wasn’t informed of how much of an increase there would be. I only have about 2 payments left of my 6 month premium for my old vehicle. Because I changed vehicles, I’m now being told that I have to pay the remainder of 2 months PLUS whatever total they’d be charging me for my new vehicle (except they’re splitting the 6 months of payments into the last two months of my old car’s premium.) so instead of my usual 165, I’m being bill about $540 for this month and next month! Want informed of this when I called to change vehicles. I’m being told that there’s new policies in place and the staff is still learning them as well. HIGHLY disappointed, because this is an inconvenience."

"I initially reached out for new auto and homeowner insurance 6 months ago and immediately received correspondence from Warren Spector. Although I did not immediately pull the trigger in making changes to my coverage, Warren was diligent in his attentive approach to my initial inquiry and patiently waited for me to finally reach back out to make changes. I left Allstate (auto) and Progressive (condo) after several years and not only did the new quotes and policy coverage decrease in rates from these two companies, but coverage amounts increased. Still, the biggest 5 star I can offer is to Warren and his polite and professional demeanor throughout this process. I have been in residential property management for more than 20 years, and he is the reason I ultimately selected State Farm. Keep up the good work in building authentic relationships with your clients!"
